Attention Customers:

Please note: Due to the current Covid-19 climate situation in Australia, there are nation wide delays across all methods of freight.

As the cases of COVID-19 have spiked again throughout several states, to limit contact when delivering orders, carriers will be maintaining 'default contactless delivery methods'.

This means all deliveries (unless deemed unsafe to do so) will automatically default to authority to leave (ATL) where possible and drivers will not be requesting a physical signature from the customer/receiver.

Supply will not be held responsible for any parcel that is left at a premise once delivered.

Please note: Sale periods may attract a delay in shipping time frames

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices listed on the website, do not include delivery charges. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the delivery option you have chosen (DHL, Australia Post). The dimensions, overall weight and number of items in your cart will determine your final total.

Shipping of Brands outside of Australia

Due to vendor contracts with specific brands, Supply cannot sell products outside of Australia due to territorial constraints. If you attempt to order one of these brands and have it shipped outside of Australia, Supply will block the order or product, cancel the order and refund without notice.

International Custom Duties

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from SUPPLY, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If the customer refuses to pay import taxes, custom duties or any fees associated with the shipment, the customer must cover all expenses in the returning parcel. This includes initial delivery fees, returning delivery fees and any taxes, custom duties or fees associated with the shipment.
