Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices listed on the website, do not include delivery charges. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the delivery option you have chosen (DHL, Australia Post). The dimensions, overall weight and number of items in your cart will determine your final total.

eWAY

We accept credit card payments via EWAY (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. You will be asked for your card number, its period of validity and the CVN.

PayPal

PayPal allows secure payment with your Paypal account or credit card. You will be redirected to Paypal to finalise your order. Once your order is completed, you will be automatically redirected to supplystore.com.au.

Order Cancellations

Please note, after you have placed an order, a receipt is automatically mailed to you confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not consistute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen reason or circumstance, as we see fit.

In the event, that one of the above has taken place, and your nominated credit card has been charged,  your order will be subsequently canceled and SUPPLY will issue a refund onto your credit card.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell products to you if it reasonably appears to us that you intend to resell the products. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any order or part of an order, or refuse service to anyone for any reason.

A request for an order cancellation within 36hrs of receiving order confirmation will incurr a $15.00AUD administration fee.

Mailing List

Upon completing your order and checking out you agree to be added to the Supply Store mailing list. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Privacy

SUPPLY is  committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. Once you have a login, you will receive newsletters with the latest product information and promotions, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.

If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, it will contain the necessary information to opt out. We do not disclose your personal information to any entities or individuals outside of SUPPLY.

Any obsolete information that we no longer need is discarded. If you have any amendments or require access to your personal information, contact us at online@supplystore.com.au.

Fraud Protection

Once an order is processed, we reserve the right to request from the customer an email of a scan or photo of a government-issued photo ID and the front and back of your credit card.

Please send an email to online@supplystore.com.au with the required attachments. If we deem this satisfactory, your order will be processed.
