Pricing All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices listed on the website, do not include delivery charges. Delivery prices will be automatically added to your final total in the checkout process based on the delivery option you have chosen (DHL, Australia Post).

Shipping of Brands outside of Australia Due to vendor contracts with specific brands, Supply cannot sell products outside of Australia due to territorial constraints. If you attempt to order one of these brands and have it shipped outside of Australia, Supply will block the order or product, cancel the order and refund without notice.

Order Fulfilment All product on supplystore.com.au is subject to availability. Orders may be delayed if ordered more than one item as we may be unable to source all of your products from one dispatch location. Supply Store is under no obligation to provide an alternative product or compensation.

Payment Methods

eWAY We accept credit card payments via EWAY (Visa & Mastercard). All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. You will be asked for your card number, its period of validity and the CVN.

PayPal PayPal allows secure payment with your Paypal account or credit card. You will be redirected to Paypal to finalise your order. Once your order is completed, you will be automatically redirected to supplystore.com.au.

Order Cancellations Please note, after you have placed an order, a receipt is automatically mailed to you confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not consistute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen reason or circumstance, as we see fit.

In the event, that one of the above has taken place, and your nominated payment has been charged, your order will be subsequently canceled and SUPPLY will issue a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell products to you if it reasonably appears to us that you intend to resell the products. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any order or part of an order, or refuse service to anyone for any reason.

A request for an order cancellation will incur a $40.00AUD administration fee.

Mailing List Upon completing your order and checking out you agree to be added to the Supply Store mailing list. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Privacy SUPPLY is committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. Once you have a login, you will receive newsletters with the latest product information and promotions, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.

If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, it will contain the necessary information to opt out. We do not disclose your personal information to any entities or individuals outside of SUPPLY.

Any obsolete information that we no longer need is discarded. If you have any amendments or require access to your personal information, contact us at online@supplystore.com.au.

Fraud Protection Once an order is processed, we reserve the right to request from the customer an email of a scan or photo of a government-issued photo ID and the front and back of your credit card.

Please send an email to online@supplystore.com.au with the required attachments. If we deem this satisfactory, your order will be processed.

Supply Raffle Terms & Conditions

ENTRY & REGISTRATION
  • Entry is for the opportunity to purchase the launch product either online or at the specified location, date, time and size ubmitted at registration.
  • No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of being eligible to purchase the launch product.
  • The entrant’s First Name and Last Name provided at registration must match the Valid Government Issued Photo-ID presented at collection. (Copies, certified copies, digital copies or expired documents will NOT be accepted)
  • Validation and verification of the ID presented is solely at the discretion of Supply Store.
  • A valid email address, valid address, contact phone number, preferred size and Collection Location are required.
  • Only One entry per person per launch product is allowed, regardless of collection location submitted. Any duplicate entries will be voided and cause initial and future entries to be deleted.
  • A maximum of 2 unique person entries per household address permitted.
  • Once an entry is submitted, entrants must confirm via email confirmation to complete raffle registration. Supply Store is not responsible for lost, unread or unreceived emails. It is the entrant’s responsibility to check SPAM/JUNK mail settings and folders and PRIVACY/SECURITY settings.
  • Please note: if you have previously unsubscribed or blocked an email from us, this will prevent you from receiving confirmation emails. Please ensure you do not unsubscribe from our emails, raffles or mailing campaigns in order to remain as an active subscriber to future raffles.
  • Registration details cannot be amended once submitted.
  • In the event of a failed delivery or Return to Sender due to an incomplete address, Supply will apply a $20 fee to cover return and reshipping costs.
  • The winners CANNOT sell, transfer or assign their entry to anyone else.
  • All launch product is subject to availability. Supply Store is under no obligation to supply an alternative product.
  • Failure to fully comply will result in the winner forfeiting their entry.
IN STORE PICK UP
  • Winning entrants must be physically present at the specified store location, within the set date and times and present Valid Government Issued Photo-ID matching the winning entrants First Name and Last Name.
  • Shipping is not available.
  • The winners CANNOT sell, transfer or assign their entry to anyone else.
  • All launch product is subject to availability. Supply Store is under no obligation to supply an alternative product.
  • Failure to fully comply will result in the winner forfeiting their entry.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Supply Store holds the right to:

  • Disqualify any entrant who they deem to be reselling, violating conditions or abusing the raffle system. These entrants will also be disqualified from future raffles.
  • Change, alter or withdraw the raffle at any time if circumstances make this necessary.
  • Select another winner from the valid entry pool in place of any forfeited winning entries.

Supply Store accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the raffle or accepting the opportunity to purchase the launch product.
